This pale and brilliant gold wine shows white fruit aromas with numerous fine bubbles. The palate is elegant, long–lasting and well-balanced between freshness and fruit. Perfect as an aperitif, Réserve blanc de Blancs also goes perfectly with fish and seafood but also white meat.

The Champagne region is in talks to extend its borders, adding 1.8 miles of land that will encompass 40 villages. Today, Charles De Fere is Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling wine produced right outside of Champagne. If the expansion occurs, this little gem will be part of Champagne.  Ugni Blanc, Colombard, Chenin and Chardonnay. The proportion used of each grape variety necessarily changes every year to maintain the House style.
