Tasting Notes: It has great energy and depth, and is on the dry end for a Brut without being austere. Dried pear, hazelnut, spice and dried flowers build into the voluptuous, resonant finish. 33% Pinot Noir, 33% Pinot Meunier and 34% Chardonnay.

The NV Brut Réserve is especially finessed on this release, with a bit more floral lift from the Chardonnay than is often the case, and also slightly higher dosage, all of which works very well. Lemon confit, white flowers and mint add to the wine’s decidedly bright profile. This is a fabulous edition of the Brut Réserve. 

Lemon curd, delicate herb and spice notes lead to flavors of crushed white cherry, toasted brioche and honey, with a streak of salinity, in this firm, focused Champagne, showing a lacy mousse. Offers a long, mouthwatering finish.

Bursting with aromas of orange oil, crisp orchard fruit and fresh bread, it's medium to full-bodied, fleshy and gourmand, with tangy acids and an enveloping, pillowy profile.
