Kirsch Eau-de-Vie: Kirsch from the MASSENEZ distillery is outstandingly unique in character, strength and balance. An intense emotion for a Eau-de-Vie of unrivalled aromatic complexity.

Color: Clear and colorless, may acquire yellow green highlights as it ages; characteristic fruit Eaux-de-Vies brilliance. A supple, fluid Eau-de-Vie.

Nose: Clean, typical Kirsch with no strange notes. The intense nose with its very almond note is an indication of the choice selection of fruit and delicate distillation. Very complex bouquet with primary aromas of fresh fruits mixing with secondary and tertiary aromas of fermentation and distillation.

Palate: At the level of aromas, classical fruit brandy gradation structured in 3 major organoleptic notes:

Immediate almond note at entry.
Complex fruity note with fresh cherry giving way to a more complex, powerful aromatic texture.
Spicy aftertaste.
