Corralejo Anejo is aged for 12 months in barrels of new American oak, burnt at the inside in order to achieve its smokey taste. It is our finest example of our master’s ability and skills; it is filled into red bottles. In Mexico the red color stands for prosperity.

100% agave tequila aged in American oak barrels and with a sensory profile unique in its class.

Colour: Golden with amber light flashes.
Aromas: Sweet notes of coffee and nuts.
Finish in the mouth: Silky with intense wood flavour and smoky tones.

Concentrated, intense aromas include lead pencil, steamed asparagus and rubber eraser; another seven minutes sees the raw aroma transform into a bouquet that features scents of palm oil, jalape?o, oak resin and stone/granite/mineral. Palate entry offers subtle, semisweet tastes of toffee and egg cream; by midpalate, the taste includes vanilla, cocoa, margarine, peppercorn and honey. Ends in sweet, creamy tastes that highlight the toffee.
