The Negroni

50 ml. - Tanqueray London Dry Gin
50 ml. - Campari
50 ml. - Antica Carpano Red Vermouth
Flag of fresh orange peel for garnish

Combine Gin, Campari, and vermouth a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes (not crushed ice). Stir vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a chilled rocks glass with a few ice cubes. Add the orange peel, squeezing a bit to release flavor.
