From the prestigious Lustau house comes a light, dry and refreshing Manzanilla, full of yeasty, lemony, nutty aromas and that characteristic whiff of the Atlantic. Serve chilled, it's a great apéritif and perfect with shellfish.

Aged in American oak casks, in the humid and salty environment of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a small town located on the estuary of the river Guadalquivir. 
The wine has a  pale straw color, with a hint of the sea breeze on the nose and the palate.

This has a lot of zing, with dried lemon peel and chamomile flower notes leading the way, while chalk and blanched almond accents race in behind them. The finish shows nice tension. Drink now. 3,500 cases made. -JM
