Brewmaster Phil Markowski has taken a “bahn” less traveled to create our version of the classic Bavarian wheat brew –perfect for the warming temperatures. Beautifully cloudy with a generous head of foam, a wonderful fruit aroma and a dry finish, our Hefeweizen is a refreshing version of the original; with just a little bit more of everything.

A hazy yellow color in the glass, with a small white head that fades quickly, this offers enticing scents of fresh-baked banana bread, clove, vanilla pod and bubblegum that transition to the palate. The mouthfeel is surprisingly light in body despite the rich flavors, and rather soft in carbonation, but it’s lifted by a subtle tartness that refreshes the sip through the close.
