Nocturnum begins with a malt taste that is reminiscent of a granny smith apple. There is an abundance of alcohol taste that, although strong, does not overpower the beer. The hop finish delivers a zesty, citrus zest that compliments the malt beginning very nicely. Even through it is a darker beer, it is altogether quite refreshing.

Colour and sight: Dark brown-red. A compact white-yellow, stable and lacing head.
